Definition: Leadership is the pursuit of a target with the guidance of human supports. It encompasses the vital aspects that will and can inspire others. Leadership represents an art, an extensive and assertive dynamic, where the architect (the leader) implements the strategy. It reflects the main characteristics of a mediator and coordinator of conflict situations and guarantees the company’s climate.
